Conference Pricing Details
Resident Conference Attendance (staying at hotel):
•Quad Occupancy: Total Package per Adult (includes Registration = $375)
•Triple Occupancy: Total Package per Adult (includes Registration = $416)
•Double Occupancy: Total Package per Adult (includes Registration = $500)
•Single Occupancy: Total Package per Adult (includes Registration = $771)
If you plan on sharing your room with children, please coordinate to share with other parents with kids. Kids may bring a sleeping bag.
Shared accommodation packages including registration. Packages cannot be split into individual items.
Non-Resident Conference Attendance (NOT staying at hotel):

•With NO Meals: Daily attendance from June 15– June 18 (price remains the same whether you attend just 1 day or all 4 days of the conference) = $100 
•With Meals on one day: June 15 ONLY or June 18 ONLY attendance (includes registration, lunch and dinner) = $130
With Meals on all days: June 15 to June 18 attendance (includes registration, 2 lunches and 3 dinners) = $210
 
GLT Conference Details/Pricing
For guests interested in registering their daughters to attend GLT in California, kindly contact GLT team lead, Maud Makoni to inform her you are bringing your child and would like her to participate in GLT activities. Kids/Youths prices are offered according to their ages. If your child does not like hotel breakfast, you are welcome to keep cereal in your room.  If you are not purchasing a bed for them but bringing a sleeping bag for your child, then you may purchase meal tickets for them as detailed below.
GLT registration fee is $10 per child. Children who opt for the regular buffet meals will be charged the same price as adults.
 
Meal Prices for youths 12years old and up:
Lunch = $30; Dinner = $50
Meal Prices for youths under the age of 12: Please contact conference planning committee for details
 
Notice to International delegates:

WOD no longer issues invitation letters for the international delegates planning to attend the annual conference. You may still apply for the visa following your conference package purchase and use the receipts as proof of accommodation during your visit to the USA. Please note that we are unable to refund the money paid to cover the hotel, but we can transfer the ticket to another person of your choice. Kindly submit a written request before May 31st, 2023 to info@womenofdominioninternational.org
